Software Investments: Low Risk, High Risk, Mitigating Risk
Looking for and finding a better and faster print production strategy is the key to remaining competitive. Before the pandemic, we would walk tradeshow floors and see new software vendors and products. If you were in the market, you might have decided if it warranted a closer look. If, however, it was an untested software or major announcement of the new features, it was important to weigh the pros, cons, and risks, and find ways to minimize risk. In this article, we will discuss how to 1) identify the risk, 2) decide if it is a good risk or a bad risk, and 3) offer a plan to mitigate or minimize the risk.
