The Penn State University Multimedia and Print Center operates from two locations, serving university staff and administration and supporting student walk-up work at its satellite location. As a large university in-plant print center, they were challenged with: multiple touchpoints, slow turnaround, manual processes and multiple aging systems. WebCRD brought it all together, enabling staff to be devoted to more profitable endeavors. Penn State currently uses RSA's WebCRD for online personalized stationery and all digital work and utilized RSA's custom template creation services.
