I love providing customer service using WebCRD. It is very user friendly and easy for customers to place their own orders and for me to help them if they have any questions. It is the best ordering system that I have used in 19 years of customer service in the printing industry.
We recently brought business cards and other personalized stationary in house, saving lots of money. We also create personalized marketing pieces that increase the appeal of our products to customers.
Many of our educational clients have commented about how easy it is to submit jobs online instead of hardcopy. We even have had a few who previously said that they would never use the online system comment that they should have used this from the start because it is so much easier than completing a hard copy ticket and they get the work back faster too!

The ability to use Fusion Pro to program the variable fields is a capabitlity that we did not have in the past. The success of this system has been illustrated in the way that the jobs are being processed, printed and delivered. We moved our brochures for Agents from Inventory Items to TBO (Template Based Ordering) Forms. Now Agents order and include their address information. Brochures are printed on demand and personalized with the Agent's contact information! They look much better and are more professional than the brochures we shipped from inventory, which had blank spaces for the Agent's imprint or label. We reduced turnaround time from two weeks to two days and reduced inventory waste by $100,000!
