Rochester Software Associates (RSA), provider of production print workflow software solutions for in-plants and corporate print centers, has been named a Premier Partner by Ricoh Americas Corporation. RSA's production print software solution was identified as a valuable offering to be added to the new Ricoh Solutions Partner Program. Announced in July, the program is designed to help Ricoh customers in any industry reduce costs, eliminate waste and streamline business processes for maximum business results.
Rochester Software Associates was granted this status because of their consistent performance in meeting Ricoh's stringent quality and customer service levels in delivering RSA's transform, output management, and web to print software solutions to hundreds of customers over the last 15 year partnership.
