RSA offers multiple variable data printing (VDP) and personalization options with WebCRD, our Web to print and production management workflow software for in-plant print centers and QDirect output management. All of the options allow users to personalize their campaigns and use RSA’s production workflow for job ticketing, ordering, accounting and production. Customers can choose any or all the following variable data printing options based on their needs:
ImpactVDP
ImpactVDP is RSA's solution for variable data (VDP) template design and ordering from a browser. ImpactVDP is streamlined and easy to use for the print center and customers. There is no template design software to install and it saves steps by creating press-ready imposed PDF output.
ImpactVDP provides design options that can be locked down to enforce corporate branded standards. Alternatively, design options can be left open to allow ordering users to be creative and make design changes with a flexible and intuitive interface that displays changes as you type.
ImpactVDP is included with WebCRD and can be integrated with RSA's QDirect to automatically produce variable data output from data feeds.
Dynamics
WebCRD Dynamics is a robust variable data printing module that can be added to WebCRD or QDirect. Templates are created with FusionPro®, uploaded and configured in the WebCRD catalog and available for ordering. WebCRD Dynamics documents support complex personalized rules with variable images, text, and imposition.
Users view online proofs of their variable data documents, saving time and increasing quality. Templates can be created with automated imposition settings, enabling production automation workflow in the print center.
Available in an affordable single-record version or powerful multi-record configuration.
Dynamics can also be integrated with RSA's QDirect (QDirect Dynamics) to produce automated variable output.
XMPie® integration for WebCRD
For those who choose XMPie® for their cross-media variable data campaigns. This module directly integrates with XMPie uStore and allows users to search, customize and order XMPie templates using WebCRD's ordering experience, ticketing and production workflow to produce the variable document.
