Remote web-delivered training is included for most products. Onsite live training is also available as an option. Training manuals are provided in an editable electronic format, both for use during training and for documentation purposes for your own future internal training sessions. For select RSA products, we also provide extensive product documentation in the form of End-User Guides, Install Guides, and Administrator Guides, as appropriate. Remote TrainingRemote training is included in the Installation Fee of the initial Purchase Order for all of our products. Our Training Department is kept apprised of your progress by your assigned Technical Analyst. Once configuration and testing are far enough along, the RSA Training Department steps in to show you how to best use your workflow software. RSA's Training Manager will work with you to schedule the sessions needed for your site and the software that was purchased. Remote training is conducted as a web seminar and conference call. After training is complete, you will have a clear understanding of what the software can do, and with the help of the Technical Analysts, you will be able to tune your system to function optimally. Onsite TrainingOnsite training can be purchased as an additional option. While on-site, RSA's Training staff will deliver a mix of hands-on and lecture-based training. RSA's Training staff will work face- to- face with your staff and send real jobs to your digital printers while getting a firsthand understanding of your print workflow. RSA's Training staff can even work with you to customize the training sessions to meet your specific needs. When RSA's Training staff leaves, you will have spent time in the entire system, have a clear understanding of what the print workflow software can do, and how to use the software on a day-to-day basis.
